Q. How long have you been practising Tai Chi?
About 2 months?

Q: How did you get interested in Tai Chi?
The calmness and gracefulness of it always appealed, also I recently found I have health issues which I think can be helped a lot by Tai Chi.

Q: What is the most difficult part of training?
Sometimes it's frustrating to not be able to remember the moves. Some of the moves and stretches are becoming more strenuous, but it's challenging rather than difficult and definitely worth getting up for on Saturday morning.

Q: What benefits have you gained from Tai Chi in relation to health or well being?
A distraction from work and other sources of stress. Better balance (probably psychological as well as physical!).
I'm fitter (as opposed to fatter). Sense of satisfaction from learning something new and improving week by week.

Q: Have you any advice for beginners?
Do it!
