A: Coordinating hand and foot movements and the discipline of attending weekly after a hard day's work Q: What benefits have you gained from Tai Chi in relation to health or wellbeing? A: I always sleep well the night of the class. My joints are more supple and in general I feel calmer. Q: Have you any advice for beginners? A: It takes time so keep going and keep practising.
