Q: How long have you been studying Tai Chi? 14 Months
Q: How did you get interested in Tai Chi ? Through meeting people who practice it and from seeing television articles and reading.
Q: What is the most difficult part of training? Remembering the movements.
Q: What benefits have you gained from Tai Chi? a) In relation to health or wellbeing? More relaxed. I am preparing now for a healthy long life. b) From self-defence Too soon to use it for self defence, maybe in 20 or 30 years.
Q: Have you any advice for beginners? Make the effort to turn up. Don't get frustrated with your progress. We need to learn how to learn, “The journey of a thousand miles begins with the first step.”
