Our school prides itself in its high quality teaching methods, regardless if you are a fast or slow learner you will find our instructors are very patient.

As a highly regarded Tai Chi Chuan School we are often asked by corporate groups, schools and private individuals to host Tai Chi Classes. We have on many occasions held demonstration days and introductory classes which have proved very successful, we also supply instructors to health and fitness clubs, yoga and meditation centres.

In order to broaden the appeal of Tai Chi we are constantly looking for suitable venues where we can hold regular classes, if you have such a venue we would be pleased to hear from you.
